Hey! My name is Preet Patel, and I’m from Queens, New York. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by how the world works — not just the science behind it, but how ideas turn into inventions and inventions turn into real change. Growing up, I was obsessed with superheroes, not just because of their powers, but because they represented creativity, courage, and the drive to make a difference. That same spirit led me to explore STEM and entrepreneurship, where I learned that innovation isn’t about being a genius — it’s about curiosity, persistence, and the willingness to take risks. Before joining Togetherhood, I worked on personal projects combining science and creativity, like designing small gadgets, performing science-based magic tricks, and learning how to turn simple ideas into products that can help people. I love showing kids how science can feel like magic and how business can be an adventure when powered by imagination. In my classes, I aim to create an environment that feels exciting, hands-on, and inspiring — where every student can explore, build confidence, and discover what makes them unique. My goal is to help kids see that they already have the tools to be their own kind of superhero — whether that’s through innovation, leadership, or just believing in themselves enough to take that first step toward creating something amazing.
