Class Description

In this engaging course, students will learn techniques to shape their ideas into compelling stories. They’ll explore cause-and-effect, character development, story arcs, and archetypes while experimenting with different writing styles and genres. Students will take on fun writing challenges that stretch their imaginations and inspire original narratives. Collaborative exercises will also encourage them to share ideas, build on each other’s contributions, and learn the value of teamwork in the creative process. By the end, students will feel confident in their storytelling abilities and proud of the unique worlds they’ve created. Please note: A materials fee will be included.
