Class Description

Unlock the world of Artificial Intelligence in this engaging, hands-on course designed for middle school students. The club introduces students to the fundamentals of coding and explores how AI is shaping the world around us. Students will begin by strengthening their coding foundation- often using Python- before diving into key AI concepts such as machine learning, neural networks, and algorithms. Each session blends learning with application, as students work on projects like building simple chatbots, designing basic image recognition tools, and experimenting with real-world uses of AI. By the end, participants will not only understand how AI works but will also feel empowered to imagine how they can use it to solve problems creatively. Please note: Each student will need access to a computer with internet connectivity.
