- I love combining techniques and materials in my artwork, weaving together realistic pencil portraits with abstract acrylics and watercolors as well as charcoal sketches.
- As a kid growing up in NYC, I took any chance I could to check out art museums like MoMA and the Met. Art has captured my curiosity for as long as I can remember!
I'm a multidisciplinary artist and writer. I've taught classes in visual arts and music at Curious Jane, DEA Music & Art, Actors Technique NY, Music Box School, and more. I currently teach Clay Creations with Togetherhood. I love helping kids explore their creativity, encouraging them to find and follow their curiosity! My classroom is warm and supportive - full of love for learning, the creative process, and sharing in the joy of each other's creations. My paintings, drawings, and mixed media works have been exhibited at galleries and art fairs throughout NYC and the broader United States. I'm also a singer-songwriter who performs my original music with the piano and guitar. My writing has been published in CNN, Bloomberg.com, City Limits, Grist, Mother Jones, The Hill, and more.
