Class Description
Bring big ideas to life with Storyboarding and Pitching! In this imaginative course, students will learn how writers, filmmakers, animators, and comic book artists use storyboards to plan and communicate their creative visions. Through a mix of writing, drawing, and collaborative feedback, students will map out their own projects shot by shot and practice delivering clear, concise “elevator pitches.” Along the way, they’ll balance the fine details of visual storytelling with the big picture of narrative structure, gaining skills in both creativity and communication. By the end of the course, students will have developed storyboards for their own original projects and built confidence in sharing their ideas with others. Please note: A materials fee will be included.
