Printmaking
Traditional and experimental printmaking techniques.

Course By
Franki F.

Class Description
Students will explore the art of transferring images from one surface to another using a mix of traditional and experimental techniques. From working with professional tools like plates and brayers to experimenting with everyday items such as leaves, textures, scraps, and even Q-tips, students will discover how printmaking can turn simple materials into expressive works of art. Each class encourages creativity and curiosity as students layer colors, patterns, and textures to create unique prints. By the end of the course, they’ll have a collection of original artwork and a deeper understanding of this timeless artistic practice. Please note: This class requires access to a space where ink can be used safely. A materials fee will be included.
