Visual Art, Arte en Español, Puppetry, Creative Movement, Cooking

New York City

  • I love to make art incorporating recycled materials.
  • I have taught puppetry workshops in many different countries.
  • I am fascinated by all different languages, even if I don't speak them.

I have been a teaching artist with NYC students for many years, exploring many forms of art-making with all ages K-8. My favorite part of teaching is opening the doors for students to explore art materials and use art a form of creative expression. I am a fluent Spanish speaker, and I am comfortable teaching in either English or Spanish, or in a mixed language setting. In addition to drawing, painting, collage, print-making, mixed media, recycled sculpture and other visual art forms, I teach puppet-making, creative movement based in contemporary dance, and cooking.
