Class Description

Embark on a delicious journey around the globe in this hands-on cooking class! Students will learn to prepare authentic dishes from a variety of cultures- perhaps the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean, the vibrant spices of India, the hearty comfort foods of Italy, or the bold tastes of Mexico. Each recipe introduces not only new cooking techniques but also the stories and traditions that make these cuisines unique. Along the way, students will expand their cooking skills, deepen their appreciation for world cultures, and discover how food can tell the story of a place and its people. Whether new to cooking or already confident in the kitchen, participants will enjoy exploring new flavors, trying new techniques, and building confidence as global chefs. Please note: This class requires access to a space with tables, sinks, and basic cleaning supplies. A materials fee will be included.
