Class Description
Taught by the internationally recognized Chef Camillo, who was a 2019 contestant on Food Network's Chopped and a featured chef in Wedding Cake Weekend! The students will be placed in teams of four. Chef Camillo will supply a basket of unknown ingredients and the students will decide on what to prepare. He will instruct and judge on the final dish...who will be the next Chop'd Champion?! Please note: To run this class, the school must provide access to a sink and have basic cooking supplies, including hot plates, cutting boards, and child-friendly knives. If these are not available, the school must be willing to purchase them in advance.
