My name is Alaa Saeo, and I am a Psychology student with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through fun, engaging experiences. I enjoy creating classes that combine creativity, movement, practical skills, and mindfulness to help children develop both inside and outside the classroom. My teaching philosophy is simple: children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and excited to participate. I believe every child has unique strengths, and my goal is to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, trying new things, and having fun while learning. I love teaching topics like cooking, dance, life skills, and mindfulness because these activities help children build confidence, independence, creativity, and social-emotional skills. In my classes, students can expect hands-on activities, movement, interactive discussions, and opportunities to work together while learning practical skills they can use in everyday life. What makes my approach unique is my background in psychology and my focus on creating an encouraging, inclusive, and engaging space for all learners. Whether we are preparing simple recipes, exploring movement through dance, practicing mindfulness exercises, or learning important life skills, I strive to make each class enjoyable and meaningful. Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking, singing, dancing, volunteering, and learning about psychology. I am excited to work with students through Togetherhood and help create experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and joy in learning.
