Class Description
Get ready to get gloriously messy! Our Mommy & Me: Arts & Crafts class is where little hands and big hearts come together to make magic. Designed for caregivers and their tiny creators, this class is all about laughter, creativity, and making memories - one craft at a time. From finger painting to jewelry making, bookmarks to paper fish, every session brings a brand-new adventure. Take home a one-of-a-kind masterpiece (and maybe a few glitter-covered hugs along the way)! Projects may include unique cards, jewelry making, bookmarks, frame-worthy finger paintings, and so much more! Please note: A materials fee will be included.

One of my favorite things about teaching kids theatre is that it allows me to stay in touch with the sense of play and joy that comes so naturally to those wonderful little humans. Seeing the confidence and creativity that develops from this collaborative art form inspires me every single day, and I've dedicated the last eight years of my life to cultivating those values in the mini humans that often prove to be just as much teachers as learners. I graduated with an MA in Educational Theatre from Adelphi University in 2021 and a Theatre BA from the University of Southern California in 2016, where I founded an a cappella group as well as a weekly theatre program with neighboring public elementary schools. In 2015, I produced the 30th Annual Children’s Festival of the Arts at Paramount Studios, where I integrated a theatrical element to a festival that had prior been predominantly based in the fine arts. Since then, I've taught theatre with Acting Adventures, the Fox Studios Child Development Center, Troy Camp, and Brooklyn Acting Lab. I'm passionate about traveling, finding moments to dance with reckless abandon, and the importance of letting the inner child lead in rediscovering the little joys in everyday life. I'm incredibly excited to have joined the Togetherhood family, and look forward to creating magic together!
