• My current personal jewelry brand uses the things I find outside in the DMV area (flowers, fungi, fauna) and I sell those pieces at some local markets, occasionally!

Hello! My name is Ash Gorman. I have been a Youth Arts Educator for 9 years, focusing on Social-Emotional Learning and giving students a way to express themselves, cope with challenges, and create the change they want to see in the world. Art has always been something I've felt drawn to for as long as I can remember. I began selling my jewelry and fiber arts when I was only 12, and it was something that both fulfilled me and helped build my self confidence, and I have always needed to create. I believe in meeting each student where they are, and am grateful I can encourage others to grow and express themselves with the things that supported me.
