Class Description
Loomalious:Knitting Without needle If you want to achieve the cozy look of hand knitting and crocheting without hooks or needles, then you will love looming. Loom knitting quashes struggles using knitting needles. This unique, simpler, quicker method of knitting. In this fun class students will recreate stitches and patterns just like those seen in traditional knitting and crocheting. Loom knitting is a faster and simple form of fiber arts creation. Fun and easy projects such as stuffed animals ,ear muffs , mittens are a few things fiber artists will be creating on both round and straight looms.

I am an educator / artist. Helping young learners unlock hidden potential and untapped talent is the best part of teaching. I have taught in several schools working with students in Pre K all the way to high school. Using Art to connect to world events and other cross curriculum subjects is my goal. Some of our most famous Artists were mathematicians and scientists and I would love to teach students the important influence S.T.E.A.M can have on art.
