Hello! My name is Erica Llanos and I am an art educator. I have four combined years of experience in teaching and instructing students. I graduated from VCU with my BFA in Art Education and a minor in Art History. I have taught across traditional and non-traditional teaching environments. Public, alternative, afterschool, montessori; You name it, I've taught it! My personal teaching philosophy is that everybody is creative and can outlet that creativity. Whether it's clay, painting, sewing, doodling, or even just hand printing; Art has a place for everybody, and everybody has a place in art. I aim to invent a safe and comfortable environments for students to explore their path of creativity. I have been interested in and creating art since before I can remember. Creating and teaching art has been the driving force of my life since I was a child. I can't wait to help you and your learners find their footing through arts and crafts!
