- I love turning math, science, and stories into art projects so students can learn in creative ways!
- Nature inspires much of my artwork, and I often bring natural themes like plants, animals, and seasons into my lessons.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) artist and educator with over 15 years of experience teaching visual arts to students of all ages. I hold a BFA and a Master’s in Art Education and specialize in arts integration—connecting visual art with subjects like math, literacy, and science to make learning more engaging and meaningful. My teaching style focuses on creativity, exploration, and building confidence. I believe every child is an artist, and I love creating a supportive environment where students can experiment with materials, express their ideas, and develop new skills while having fun.
