I’m Tommy Gunn, a self-taught maker, videographer, and teacher who loves turning “How did they do that?” into “I made that myself!” With Togetherhood I focus on a few core tracks: YouTube Creator classes where kids learn how to plan, film, and edit their own short videos; “Make Things That Fly” sessions where we experiment with gliders, simple rockets, and paper aircraft to explore lift and design; hands-on science and electronics projects that use LEDs, circuits, and simple experiments to show how the world works; and beginner-friendly Scratch coding classes where kids turn their own ideas into interactive stories and games. I also design many other types of creative, STEM, and maker classes, depending on the needs and interests of each school. In my classes, the spotlight is on the students. Sessions are hands-on, high-energy, and clearly structured so every child can succeed—whether we’re planning a video, lighting an LED circuit, or designing something that flies. We set simple ground rules, work in teams, and always finish with something they can show off and be proud of. I’m excited to bring Togetherhood students modern skills—creativity, media literacy, problem-solving, and the confidence that with curiosity and practice, they can learn just about anything.
