Gangwani is a multidisciplinary artist and fashion designer working across clothing, art, and creative fabrication. He runs Gangwani Collection, LLC, an independent designer focused on one of one, made to order pieces that merge streetwear construction with couture level detailing and experimental design. His practice is rooted in hands on making, where garments are built through intuition, material exploration, and detailed reconstruction rather than trend driven or mass production methods. His work includes full garments, accessories, footwear, and wearable objects. He frequently works with upcycled and repurposed materials such as denim, military surplus fabrics, and reconstructed textiles. Each piece is treated as a standalone object, with emphasis on silhouette, texture, and construction quality, often developed through a freestyle process that prioritizes emotion and visual impact. Beyond fashion, he works in abstract painting, props, and fabrication, bringing a similar experimental approach into physical art objects and creative environments. His influences come from nature, film, music, architecture, and underground design culture, shaping a practice that moves between fashion and art without separating the two. He also has experience working in educational and collaborative settings, supporting young creatives in fashion programs by encouraging experimentation, technical growth, and individual expression through design. His approach in these spaces is practical and process driven, focused on helping students develop their own visual language. Overall, his work is centered on building a multidisciplinary creative practice that continues to evolve through fashion, art, and material exploration, with a long term focus on larger scale installations, objects, and immersive creative projects.
