• I joined the junior PGA (golf juniors) for one summer when I was 14 but unfortunately hurt my back and left

I have a lifelong passion for film, music, and sports, and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with students of all ages! I studied filmmaking in college and have worked in both studios and freelance settings, giving me a strong background in creative storytelling and media arts. As a musician, I began playing guitar at 14 and have since expanded to drums, piano, and bass. I currently teach guitar, drums, and beginner piano/bass, as well as lead group rehearsals for student bands at The School of Rock, where I work with children ages 6–17. In addition to music, I have experience teaching stop-motion animation to elementary students and leading storytelling workshops across different mediums. I also bring a background in sports instruction, having taught indoor rock climbing as a lead instructor for group classes, summer camps, and private groups. I can also teach intermediate golf and beginner-level basketball, tennis, and ping pong. My goal as an instructor is to create a positive, engaging environment where students can discover new skills, build confidence, and express themselves creatively!
