Hi there my name is Yasmine and I'm currently studying to be a Spanish-English bilingual elementary teacher! I am an artist who primarily works with ceramics although I also enjoy drawing, collage, painting, and sculpture. I have taught beginner and advanced ceramics at the college level for multiple semesters and seeing all the amazing work my students have created really inspires me. I am also very interested in sustainability, gardening, and composting. I worked for two years at GrowNYC in the compost department and have lots of experience with community outreach and environmental education.
