Hey hey! I'm Meg Mechelke (they/them), a curiosity-driven storyteller and educator with wide ranging interests. I have a degree in Theatre Arts and Creative Writing from the University of Iowa, and professional experience in theatre and arts education for ages K-retired (scene study, devised work, puppetry, playwriting, technical theatre, script analysis, and more), as well as academic and professional credits in directing, dramaturgy, and new play development. I'm excited about creative expression, scrappy performance models, and community-based storytelling. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, scary movies, and board games with friends.
