First and foremost - I am a Foodie! My love for food extends far beyond the kitchen and the lab. I see food as a transformative force—one that can alter moods, influence health, and shape interactions with the world. My deep appreciation for culinary arts is rooted in the belief that learning to cook is not just a hobby but a powerful way to nurture the body and soul. The joy of crafting a dish, the exploration of flavors, and the satisfaction of nourishing oneself and others make cooking a profoundly impactful aspect of daily life. This passion for food and its potential led me to do my Masters in Culinary Arts and Science, create the world's first beverage out of avocado seeds and help to bring over 100+ recipes to the food market all over the world! My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to explore and create, whether in developing new food products or crafting edible masterpieces, all while nurturing my artistic flair and a love for gastronomy. My approach to education is grounded in practicality and creativity, aiming to inspire, engage, to teach a love for the subjects I am teaching as well as a love for learning!
