I am a scientist, educator, and lifelong learner with a professional background spanning chemistry, biopharmaceutical development, environmental science, laboratory analysis, and education. I possess an advanced degree in chemistry and I have applied scientific and quantitative concepts throughout my academic and professional career. I bring a practical, interdisciplinary approach to teaching. My chemistry background provides a strong foundation for teaching mathematics, science, laboratory concepts, and quantitative problem-solving. I emphasize connecting academic concepts to real-world applications so that students can understand not only how to solve a problem, but why the concept matters.
