Hi, I’m Aryan Jagani! I hold a master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. I teach coding, robotics, game design, and STEM, helping students turn their curiosity into something they can build and share. My teaching experience includes serving as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Robotics at Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, teaching game design at UMBC’s summer camp, and leading technology classes at iCode for elementary, middle, and high school students. I have also supported middle school learners as a math tutor in Baltimore City and County schools. I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, experimenting, and making mistakes. My approach combines clear, manageable instructions with hands-on projects that give students room to explore their own ideas. Whether we’re programming a robot, creating a Scratch game, or learning Python, I encourage students to explain their thinking and celebrate their progress. What makes my approach unique is the connection between creativity and problem-solving. I bring my background in programming and artificial intelligence into lessons that make technology approachable and exciting. One of my favorite parts of teaching is helping a student move from “I don’t know how” to “I made this!” I want parents to know that my goal is to help their children develop technical skills, confidence, patience, and the willingness to try something new.
