I’ve had a passion for art since childhood, which has profoundly shaped the way I think. Studying Fine Arts at the School of Visual Arts allowed me to refine my technical skills while deepening my understanding of art as a mindful and transformative practice. Art has been a powerful tool in my life, offering me a way to express myself freely and stay present in the moment. It has taught me discipline, patience, and provided an emotional outlet for reflection. Through art, I’ve learned to approach life with intention, finding mindfulness in every act of creation. In addition to my artistic background, my experience in hospitality taught me the value of attentiveness and the importance of creating meaningful experiences for others. For me, cooking is another creative outlet, where I practice mindfulness by carefully selecting ingredients, experimenting with flavors, and presenting dishes with care. I also enjoy making handmade jewelry, which allows me to express my creativity in a tangible form. To stay inspired, I regularly visit new exhibits at museums, which helps me stay connected to the ever-evolving world of art and continues to shape my creative journey and mindfulness practices.
