Hi, I’m Emily Yan, a culinary professional with a passion for cooking, baking, and sharing the joy of creating delicious food. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education, where I specialized in pastry and baking, and have spent the past three years working in the culinary industry, developing my skills and deepening my love for the craft. My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that cooking and baking should be fun, creative, and accessible to everyone. Whether we’re learning essential kitchen techniques, experimenting with flavors, or creating sweet treats from scratch, I strive to create a welcoming and hands-on environment where students feel confident exploring their creativity and discovering new skills. I’m excited to share my passion and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with students of all experience levels. My goal is to inspire a love for cooking and baking, encourage experimentation, and show that some of the most rewarding experiences come from creating something delicious with your own hands!
