Theatre, Creative Writing, and Academics

New York City

  • I love theatre that attempts to do something to make the world better -- even if for just an evening.
  • I'm a Co-Artistic Director of the theatre group AnomalousCo.
  • I studied literature and film at the Universidad de La Habana, Cuba.

I'm a professional theatre maker with experience in all kinds of classical and contemporary theatre, as well as specialities in devised, experimental, and socially engaged performances. I've also worked in education for more than 15 years, primarily teaching writing, English, and Spanish. A dedicated Brooklynite who arrived more than 20 years ago, I live in Sunset Park.
