Lee is an illustrator, animator, and educator passionate about teaching creative storytelling and drawing. His cartooning career started early while in grade school. Lee attended the Art Institute, earning his degree in Advertising Design and Marketing, and was employed as a staff illustrator and graphic designer while attending night school at the School of Visual Arts, studying traditional animation and cartooning. After working on storyboards for children’s animated cartoons, DOUG AND COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG, Lee continued working on animation storytelling projects and became an Adobe Animate instructor at Pratt University for over a decade. In 2022, Lee started teaching K-12 Art residencies and after-school creative art programs, Comics and Graphic Novel Creation.
