John H.
Martial Arts, D&D, Crafts
New York City
- I have 7 siblings.
- I graduated high school at 16.
I first moved to NYC one year ago and instantly fell in love with the city. I started teaching again but wanted to branch out and start teaching things that I love and enjoy bringing joy to others. This prompted me to figure out what I love and enjoy and what I could teach and share with others. This left me with the short list: martial arts, D&D, and crafts. I love martial arts and have been doing it for 18 years now. I've also been teaching martial arts for since I was sixteen, teaching all ages. D&D has also been a passion of mine that lends itself to my teaching, since I can come up with new ways to explain ideas on the spot. The freedom of different TTRPGs to just have fun and be creative with friends is the biggest thing that drew me to them. Another way I like to be creative is by making different crafts and projects, like making chainmail, 3D models, designing guitars. I have been making thing with my hands since I was a child and now that I am an adult, I am able to fund passion projects that I have been thinking about for years.
