Class Description

This action-packed class blends cardio, strength training, and stretching into a fun and motivating workout. Students will stay active while building agility, stamina, and coordination through a variety of engaging exercises designed to challenge both body and mind. Alongside fitness, students will also be introduced to practical self-defense skills that promote confidence, focus, and self-discipline. With encouragement from their instructor, they’ll learn the value of perseverance and respect while gaining tools to keep themselves safe. By the end of the course, students will feel stronger, more confident, and proud of what they can achieve.
