I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and creative wellness educator who believes art lives in the body. Through movement, dance, crafting, storytelling, and mixed media, I create healing-centered spaces where people can express themselves fully—without shrinking. As someone who loved art growing up but didn’t always have a space to share my work, I now intentionally build the kind of environments I once needed. I see art as a universal language and guide others to create with their whole selves—hands, heart, and body.
