Hi! My name is Damian. I've been training martial arts for 7 years. I believe martial arts is great for being an introduction to movement and exercise. It is a great way to develop many skills such as coordination, confidence and connecting body and mind. In my classes I like to incorporate physical, mental and spiritual training including techniques, history and meditation. My goal is to give students a view of what it means to be a martial artist and how growth can come from training.
