Where Stitch Meets Style. Fashion Sketching & Embroidery
New York City
- I love collecting plants and records. I have close to one hundred plants and over three hundred vinyl records.
- Both of my parents are from West Africa, my dad was from Ghana and my mom is from Sierra Leone.
- I love history. Years ago I wanted to become a history teacher.
My name is Sarah Djarnie-Brown, and I’m a crafter, artist, and designer with a passion for turning imagination into tangible creations. After nearly 20 years in the fashion industry, I made a career shift in 2023 to teach high school students about fashion branding and building capsule collections — and I’ve never looked back. Today, I dedicate myself to helping students explore their creativity, guiding them to design, craft, and bring their own ideas to life with confidence and joy.
