My name is Rita, I am very passionate about arts in general, above all literatures, languages, philosophy, drawing and martial arts. I have studied Wing Chun - Kung Fu for many years. I became a Wing Chun instructor, helping out my Sifu leading classes, and dreaming to go to China one day, visiting important Kung Fu schools. My favorite martial artists are: Ip Man, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Michelle Yeoh and Zhang Ziyi. I fell in love with martial arts watching Bruce Lee movies and Japanese anime when I was a child. I graduated in Modern Languages and Literatures, focusing on Italian. My favorite Italian writers are Dante and Petrarca. Medieval literature is so fascinating to me. I am currently working on validating my studies here in the U.S. to pursue a career in teaching Italian language and literature. Moving to the United States and working for big hospitality companies such as The Walt Disney Company, helped me build an excellent ability to approach and understand people, and it gave me the goal of turning every human encounter into a magical and unique experience, making lifetime memories. I would like to apply the same criteria to my teaching career in order to create a special bond with students. I also love traveling and getting to know about different cultures and traditions. I enjoy so much sharing my experiences and my knowledge with others. I am very curious and willing to learn as much as I can.
