With a dense curriculum of cardio, strength training, and stretching, your child will have an action-packed experience to look forward to every session. Rupert Krueger is a lifelong martial artist, theater maker, and educator with a passion for early childhood development. Having experienced the benefits of martial arts as a child himself, Rupert strongly believes in the positive impact training can have on young children. Rupert started his martial arts education at 5 years old studying Goju Ryu in his hometown of Syracuse NY, where he reached the rank of Nidan-Ho Blackbelt (2nd Degree).
