Class Description
What does a mixed martial arts (MMA) class consist of? MMA is a powerful combination of multiple complex styles of self defense, including jiu jitsu, kickboxing, krav maga and more. However, learning to fight isn’t the only thing children can learn — this modern mesh of martial arts has many pearls of wisdom to impart. Students will learn discipline, the histories of other cultures, strength training and conditioning, self defense and more.
