A Fitness instructor from the Washington, DC. I have eights years of experience working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. My goal in fitness and health is to learn and develop new skills for me to help, assist and change lives. I started Boxing when I was eight years old. I did Swimming in College and I also played a little Futbol(Soccer). Moved to NYC after college. Worked front desk at a gym, learning the business of the fitness industry. Became a Group Fitness Instructor; teaching HIIT classes, Strength and Conducting Classes and Boxing. Lived in Thailand for my 500 Yoga Training. Lived in Bali for my Mat Pilates Training.
