My name is Andrew and I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt. I've been training in this discipline for 13 years and teaching for six years. I've worked with all age ranges from 4 year olds to adults. My favorite part of teaching is witnessing my students learn something new and grow as an athlete. I like to incorporate games and mobility into my class to assist with body functions as well as making class engaging. I am also a full-time rock climbing instructor.
