With 25 years of dance teaching experience I bring joy for movement and fun to all my classes. I started my teaching career in dance by assisting the studio owner of my local dance school. I studied dance and art at the University of Buffalo earning my BFA before relocating to Brooklyn NY. I continued to take classes and teach in dance and fitness in NYC. I currently teach young people at Mark Morris Dance group and PS 284 in Brooklyn. Additionally I teach Yoga and fitness based classes for Crunch gym and as a personal trainer. I was an Art Director in Magazines for roughly 20 years and continue to paint, draw and design for various clients. By nurturing young student's creativity we can help them problem solve and build self confidence that will help them in other areas of their lives.
