I have trained in Kyokushin Karate for 35 years, with 15 years of teaching experience with both children and adults. I was the owner and operator of a karate school, where I taught thousands of students over the seven years that I was in operation. I learned a lot along the way, not just as a karate teacher, but also as a student of the art itself. Karate isn’t just about training - it can apply to anything you do in life. In my experience, I’ve seen students build confidence and become more comfortable expressing themselves.
