I have extensive experience working with children, utilizing a fun, interactive approach that balances skill development with life lessons. My background includes managing diverse group of campers, teaching fundamentals through stories and prompting good sportsmanship. I utilize a mix of preemptive and reactive strategies to keep classrooms focused, using calm direct instructions and positive reinforcement, I teach students to view losses as learning opportunities, fostering resilience, empathy, and respect on and off the board.
