Hi there! I’m Maurice Freeman, an illustrator and writer with aspirations of self-publishing a comic book series in the near future. In the process of pursuing my goal, I wish to pass on the knowledge I've obtained through my years of experience as an illustrator, character designer and practice of cartooning to the next generation. I hope to provide guidance and inspiration to children so that they may develop their latent skills as well as find proper application for their inclination to art.

There are many children out there that have a propensity to doodle, sketch and/or just all around love art! However, they may not know what to do or how their love can be expressed and combined with other interests. I am well aware of this, because this describes a bit of my childhood. I never had a guide to show me how my art can be applied in a way that can reach, entertain and inspire others. It is my primary mission to help as many children as I can to start their path onto the road of cartooning and sequential art and to make that road as fun and as smooth as possible.
