Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Brooklyn to attend Pratt Institute and graduated in 2022 with a bachelors in illustration. I’ve been working with Togetherhood since December 2022. Being an art teacher is my favorite thing because I have always loved art and reading.
Currently, in addition to teaching, I work as a freelance illustrator/designer. I love making comics and book covers. Books had such an impact on me growing up, and I started writing my own stories from a young age. Eye-spy books were, and still are, my favorite to make!
Outside of work, I’m an avid knitter and I love making socks and mittens for my friends. The most exciting thing I’ve knitted so far is a frog hat for my roommate's cat!
I would describe myself as a calm, happy person who tries and takes an empathetic approach to situations.
