Hi, I'm Kendra, an artist, writer, and educator with a love for all things creative. I went to the School of Visual Arts in New York City and received a Bachelor's in Illustration and my Master's in Art and Museum Education from The City College of New York. I am always seeking and developing artistic projects that are fun and engaging for all ages. I have been teaching in artistic spaces for 10 years and implementing art-based workshops for 6 years. I am passionate about cultivating the talents of youth and helping them create something they are proud of. My teaching is focused on building the skill set of each participant, encouraging personal connections, storytelling, and uplifting young artists to have creative confidence. I specialize in developing skills in drawing, painting, mixed-media, 3-D materials, and a combination of them all!
