I picked up violin at the age of 6 - and was immediately hooked! I loved its sound, its shape, its character as an instrument. My stage debut happened when I was 7 - and that feeling of accomplishment and freedom is something that has never left me ever since.
This is why I am so passionate about educating. Education is the only true empowerment, and it granted me an opportunity to travel, enjoy my life, share and spread the joy of knowledge.
I been teaching since I am 16 years old and have not stopped giving lessons from then on. Originally from Armenia, got my Masters and Doctorate in Canada. I have performed at Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Hall, and Lincoln center. I At this point, I probably taught in all of 6 languages I speak to a wide variety of students and in all possible settings. In my teaching style,I approach every student with curated warmth, attention and, of course, sense of humor. I am very goal-oriented but also patient. I am an educator who believes in power of knowledge, inclusion, and kindness because I have witnessed it to make miracles.
