Jessica is originally from Long Island, NY and has resided in NYC for the past 11 years. She started studying dance from a young age of just 2 years old. As a dancer, fitness instructor, and teaching artist, her passion for expression through movement, fitness, and connecting with others runs deep in her soul. Jessica has brought her passion to people of all ages from toddlers to Seniors, whether that be at Studios, School programs, Community centers and more. Having been one of the dancers for the New York Knicks, among many other endeavors, she embodies and breathes technique, movement and performance. She strongly believes in doing what you love in this life and sharing that with the world. Her passion for performance and telling a story has led her in helping others experience joy and develop their skills in in the process and become more confident while on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
