ROBYN GREENE ARRINGTON, p.g.a., is a seasoned impact consultant, filmmaker, and executive. Her expertise lies in developing and producing scripted and unscripted television, film, digital and audible content.
Robyn's creative prowess has received prestigious recognitions, including a Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize nomination and an NYU Liberal Education Award in expository writing; nominations comprise of Telly Awards, Taste Awards, NAACP Image Awards, NABJ Awards, CableFax Program Awards, NAMIC Vision Awards, a GLAAD Media Award, an ABFF Award, a New York Festivals Award, and a CTAM Mark Award.
A highlight of her career is producing the Miramax nationally-distributed, theatrically-released indie film classic "Hav Plenty."
Robyn's journey as a thriving survivor of reproductive challenges significantly influences her work. This ongoing stimulus is evident in her health and wellness-themed creations, such as her short film "#exercises/in/fertility," which is streaming on Mansa.com, and her podcast “Twice A Child.”
Her recent roles include Creative Executive in the scripted division at Paramount's MTVE Studios and Consulting Producer for the Tubi hit film The Caregiver.
As the Interim Head of Programming & Production for sister cable networks, TV One and Cleo TV, Robyn was a key figure in shaping the networks' programming vision and instrumental in creating the networks' most acclaimed content, including the multi-award-winning music documentary series "Unsung;" the investigative crime & justice limited series "Two Sides of the Truth," which Viola Davis narrated and executive produced; the top-rated movies "Bobbi Kristina," “When Love Kills," and "Love Under New Management: The Miki Howard Story."
Robyn's varied freelance work for HBO, Lifetime, A&E, Cinemax, BET, Def Jam Recordings, and Uptown Records elevated her diverse creative perspective while honing her versatility and adaptability.
She teaches multimedia storytelling at various educational institutions.
Robyn holds a Master of Science in television-radio-film production from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism from New York University.
