Hi there!
My name is Christine Shepard. I grew up in Columbus, OH and moved to New York in 2015. I have been dancing since the age of 7. By my senior year of high school I was certain I wanted to pursue a career in performance. While in college, I had many performance opportunities. I was in the cast of two Broadway shows (Head Over Heels, Mean Girls) and appeared on SNL all before graduating. I also had chances to teach dance classes at different dance studios in Brooklyn and Long Island. I taught kids as young as 3 and as old as 18. I have even ran some recreational classes for adults. In 2019 I received a BFA in Dance from Pace University. Since graduation I continue to perform and teach throughout the five boroughs. I have experience in teaching jazz, hip hop, tap, ballet, contemporary and musical theater. I find joy in getting to share the gift of dance where ever I go.
