I am very experienced karate teacher with 25 years teaching experience as well as owning my own school for 13 years I am a kind , patient.detailed teacher who has taught students ages 2 and up. In addition. I teach special needs students . The techniques and building a students confidence focus and attitude is paramount to me and I get great joy in seeing students progress in their training.
I also have been on staff of my associations karate camp for over two decades and have led many students groups during their camp week.
I am lifelong New Jersey resident and started karate as a youth as a way to improve my behavior confidence and focus, and many years later it truly has done that.
Outside of karate I am a father of two teenagers and reside in scotch plains where my dojo is located. I have BS degree from Rutgers University and am a proud Scarlet Knight .
I look forward to teaching students in Togetherhood and seeing students smile.
