Madison Lewis was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Madison is currently a BFA Dance Major at Montclair State University. She began her artistic journey in the borough of Brooklyn at a local competition studio named Bonnie's Dance Showcase. At the age of 11, she began training at a Russian Ballet school named Brighton Ballet where they focused on the Vaganova technique and pilates. At the age of 14, she attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia's Dance program and studied The Lester Horton and Martha Graham technique. Through her summers as a highschooler, Lewis attended EMIA Earl Mosley's Institute of the arts where her passion for the improvised movement grew as did her fast consistency with reparatory. She has performed works for Tommy Tibball, Freddrick Earl Mosley, Jasmine Jones, Jesse Obremski, Christal Brown, Felicia Cruz, Christain Von Howard, and Jessica DiMauro Marks.
