Hi! My name is Ms.Chanell I have been working with children since the age of 14, and in schools supporting children since the year 2020. I enjoy working with elementary school students. I am so excited to be an assistant instructor this year. I've spent 6 years working in education, with experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with IEPs. I have completed specialized training in behavioral intervention techniques. I believe in creating a supportive, positive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and grow. My goal is to work collaboratively with the teacher to provide every student with the tools they need to succeed, grow and have fun .
